James' dedication! 3rd July 2011

Wow, time flies! I cannot believe James is already coming to his half-birthday! He is such a cheeky monkey now, chatting too! We got James dedicated yesterday, it was such a beautiful event, he wore a gorgeous suit, waistcoat and cravat! (Photo's to follow)

Lucy is going to be 2 years in less than 2 weeks, it doesn't seem that long ago I was planning her 1st birthday! I have organised EVERYTHING already, pressies are wrapped, pass the parcel and prizes, all the party bags are filled and cake is ordered! I'm a bit of an OCD organiser!

Lucy's 1st birthday party arrives!!!

Well, tomorrow is the big day!! Can't believe how fast it has gone, it's amazing to think that this time next year we will have a 2 year old and a 6 month old! I made a delicious looking trifle today and got crisps! My friend made a load of cupcakes and they look rather yummy too! Tomorrow is gonna be very busy, there's sandwiches to make and pressies to wrap! Not forgetting the hall set-up and inflating a bouncy castle! I am doing face paints at the party too so I need to prepare for that! Will update you all how it goes!

I have been awarded a top blog badge!!

It starts all over again!!!!!

On the 18th June I took Lulu to the baby clinic for a cooking activity and we were waiting to go in when I suddenly had to rush to the loo, I was sick! 5 minutes later I went again! I had never been physically sick before (other than morning sickness with Lulu) but I put it down to a bug! Then on the 20th June I was feeling very sick again so I thought, maybe......... I got a pregnancy test and took it, it was positive!!!!!! I told my hubby and he was like, well lets wait and see! The Monday I had to go to the hospital for blood tests as I was having some pains and due to previous ectopic I panicked! The blood test results showed my HCG level was 492 and progesterone was 100! I had to repeat the test on the Wednesday and the HCG had risen to 831 so that wasn't quite doubled, they repeated the test on the Friday and it had risen to 1460! The DR was happy with this result so I was booked in for a scan, my scan is on Thursday 3rd June, I have since felt very sick and extreame sore boobs, lol! We are finally getting used to the idea of another baby and Lulu will be 18 months when the new bundle arrives! We are due 2nd February 2011 (awaiting confirmation) but very excited now! It is amazing to think that this time last year I was 8 months pregnant and now a year on I am 5 weeks pregnant! x x x
